Clinic is located west of the main Oakville Trafalgar Hospital. Walk straight into the elevators (or take the stairs to your right). Go to 2nd floor.
From Elevator: Go right out of the doors and turn left. It will be the last clinic door on your left.
From Stairs: Turn right and it will be the last clinic door on your left.
